WHO WE ARE
Third Eye Owner’s Representation is a Colorado-based Owner’s Representative firm serving public-sector, residential, and mixed-use projects throughout mountain and rural communities. We act exclusively on behalf of the Owner—independent from architects, engineers, and contractors—to ensure transparency, accountability, and informed decision-making from concept through completion.
With deep experience navigating the unique challenges of complex builds in Colorado’s high-altitude and remote environments, we protect our clients’ interests at every stage of the project lifecycle. Our role is simple: advocate for the Owner, reduce risk, and deliver clarity in an otherwise complicated process.
