WHO WE ARE
Third Eye Owner’s Representation is a Colorado-based Owner’s Representative firm serving public-sector, residential, and mixed-use projects throughout mountain and rural communities. We act exclusively on behalf of the Owner independent from architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure transparency, accountability, and informed decision-making from concept through completion.
With deep experience navigating the unique challenges of complex builds in Colorado’s high-altitude and remote environments, we protect our clients’ interests at every stage of the project lifecycle. Our role is simple: advocate for the Owner, reduce risk, and deliver clarity in an otherwise complicated process.

An Owner's Representative is your independent advocate throughout the design and construction process. We represent only your interests not those of the architect, contractor, or any other project partner.
