An Owner’s Representative, in its most basic definition, is hired by a project owner to represent him or her throughout the entire process of development, including site selection, design, entitlements, and construction. The owner’s representative serves as a liaison and ensures that the owner’s best interests are carried out.
WHAT WE DO
Third Eye handles all details associated with large-scale complicated custom home design. We work to keep all contractors in check and honest by being a skilled eye and presence on-site when you are unable to be here in person. We have extensive project management knowledge and experience that benefits the owner and the contractors throughout the entire project.
