Ken Recker
Owner/Founder
With over 30 years of construction management and general contracting experience in the Steamboat Springs area, he brings deep industry knowledge, a high-energy approach, and a solution-driven mindset to every project.
Ken’s experience spans a wide range of projects from custom homes and large residential developments to apartments, libraries, and fire stations. He has worked with diverse materials and teams, overseeing subcontractors and crews while maintaining a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and accountability.
Ken moved to Steamboat in 1988 and quickly became immersed in the local ski community. He traveled with both the World Cup and U.S. Telemark Team for three years each and helped establish the telemark program at the Winter Sports Club, where he also volunteered as a coach for seven years. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting in the fall and biking in the summer.
