Ken Recker

Owner/Founder

Ken leads the Owner’s Representation side of the business. With over 30 years of construction management and general contracting experience in the Steamboat Springs area, he brings deep industry knowledge, a high-energy approach, and a solution-driven mindset to every project.

Ken’s experience spans a wide range of projects from custom homes and large residential developments to apartments, libraries, and fire stations. He has worked with diverse materials and teams, overseeing subcontractors and crews while maintaining a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and accountability.

Ken moved to Steamboat in 1988 and quickly became immersed in the local ski community. He traveled with both the World Cup and U.S. Telemark Team for three years each and helped establish the telemark program at the Winter Sports Club, where he also volunteered as a coach for seven years. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting in the fall and biking in the summer.

Corey Brackmann

Partner/Co-Owner

Corey specializes in luxury home oversight and owner representation in the Steamboat Springs area. Raised in a family of custom home builders, he developed an early appreciation for the care and attention to detail required to properly maintain high-end properties. He brings a hands-on, proactive approach to property management ensuring each home is protected, well-maintained, and prepared for every season through routine visits.

With a background in sales and personalized client experience, Corey is known for his communication, responsiveness, and accountability. Prior to Third Eye, he managed a division for the world’s largest automotive auction company, where earning client trust was paramount, an approach that led to being nominated and voted a Best of the Boat winner by the Steamboat community.

Corey values long-term relationships and being a dependable, trusted presence for his clients. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, golfing, pickleball, and riding his motorcycle.
